We have reviewed the bookings that you have made on HotelClub, each one of
which seems to utilize member dollars obtained through the use of a
promotion intended to be used once per customer. Please note that no
individual qualifies to use this promotional offer on more than one
occasion.  If this is incorrect and multiple member dollar promotions were
not used to confirm your bookings, please advise us by return email in order
for us to retain your reservation.

If we have not heard back within 24 hours, we will need to revoke these
member dollars resulting in your bookings being cancelled. You can retain
your bookings by offering an alternative method of payment such as a credit
card.

This is in accordance with the terms and conditions of membership that you
agreed to when joining the HotelClub Membership Program.  You will be
notified again via email if we decide to cancel the reservations in
question.

We look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
