In summary, this is one of my best hotel experience and here are some pros and cons.
Pros
- Magnificent room and bathroom and they are extremely quiet.
- Staffs are accommodating. They did remember and greet us by name. Door man always noted down our cab number and gave a note to us just in case we forget something in the cab.
- Excellent Starwood Platinum benefits; comp. breakfast (regular rate @ $SG 38 each), and suite upgrade.
Cons
- Bed is on the soft side, but this is just my own preference.
