อันนี้เป็นอีกกรณีนึงครับ (เกิดช่วงกลางเดือนพฤษภาคม) ที่ทาง Hotelclub ได้ทำกับผมและเพื่อนๆ ไว้ สำหรับบุคกิ้งนี้ ผมกับเพื่อนๆ ได้ใช้ชื่อของเพื่อนและบัตรของเพื่อน (ใช้ 20 ดอลครับ) จองไว้ทั้งหมด 3 ห้อง แต่พอโทรเช็คจริงๆกับโรงแรมมีเพียงห้องเดียว และตอนเช็คอินเข้าห้องพักก็มีห้องเดียวจริงๆ ครับ
ที่นำเรื่องนี้มาเล่าให้เพื่อนๆ ฟังก็เผื่อไว้ว่าถ้าเกิดเราโทรเช็คกับโรงแรมแล้วผลออกมาว่าบุคกิ้งเราไม่สมบูรณ์หลังจากที่เราจ่ายเงินไปแล้ว ก็อย่าได้ไว้ใจทาง Hotelclub ว่าเค้าจะจัดการให้เรียบร้อยก่อนที่เราจะเช็คอินครับ
ดูแล้วเค้าจะแก้ปัญหาง่ายๆ ด้วยการให้โรงแรมเก็บเงินจากทางเรา แล้วเค้าจะทำ refund ให้ โดยที่ไม่นึกถึงจิตใจลูกค้าว่าต้องเจออะไรบ้าง เมื่อไม่มีห้องพักตามที่จองและจ่ายเงินไปเรียบร้อยแล้ว
ข้างล่างนี่เป็นอีเมลเก่าๆ ช่วงเดือนพฤษภาที่ผ่านมาครับ (เพื่อนผมเค้าไม่อยากวุ่ยวาย เลยให้ผมจัดการครับ)

ที่ผมนำเรื่องทั้งสองมาเล่าก็ไม่ใช่อะไรหรอกครับ ก็เพื่อเล่าประสบการณ์ที่แย่ๆ ให้เพื่อนๆ ได้รับรู้ สำหรับกรณีแรก ผมเข้าใจครับว่าทำธุรกิจก็ต้องมีกำไร แต่ที่เสียความรู้สึกก็คือเขาไม่มีการแจ้งเตือนล่วงหน้าก่อนที่จะยกเลิกบุกกิ้งครับ ก็คงต้องรับกรรมที่เกิดจากความงกๆ ไปคร้าบบบบ :) :)
