Dear Mr.XXXXXXX
Thank you for staying with us. After trying to reach you personally by telephone yesterday, I thought that I should write to you directly after receiving your guest questionnaire that you kindly completed after your recent stay at The XXXXX Bangkok.
I was dis-heartened to learn of your experience with our Security personnel and this has presented me with the opportunity to not only thank you for your candor but also to sincerely apologize for the frustrations you have experienced.
I was most disturbed to learn the manner in which your guest was unprofessionally approached whilst trying to reach your room. Please be assured that I have addressed this issue with the Security department to ensure such delicate matters are handled in a more appropriate manner in the future. I would therefore like to apologize for any embarrassment this may have caused you or your guest.
The team and I have always taken great pride in the service we provide, and therefore your experiences are obviously very critical to us. I would like to thank you for going to such lengths in providing us a summary of these frustrations. Please be assured that each of the valued points you have brought to our attention have been addressed directly with the department concerned, and is not representative of the high level service we hope to provide to our guests.
I note your level of frustration, and do hope that we might have the opportunity of welcoming you back to The XXXXX Bangkok in the near future, and in doing so, I would ask that you co-ordinate your stay through my office, in order that I may personally oversee your reservation, and afford you an experience worthy of a XXXXX Hotel.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies, and I look forward to meeting you personally in the near future.
