Suggestion for trip in Milan and Italy by Dr.Bua a Milano

For those Thai friend who want to visit Italy na krub.
Especially in Milan :)
I am Thai doctor who work in Milan for almost a year.
I found many Thai tourists in Milan Duomo, Last supper church,
shopping area and all over Italy.
I also have so far more than 40 visitors who visited me during my
stay in Italy. :)
What I'd like to post here is .... ^_^
if anybody wants info regarding travelling

Well, there are many details to be discussed :)
I am neither the best local person nor the best tour agency :)
but as far as I stay here I try to help Thai people as much as possible krub.
I have a scholarship support from government hospital
which means I am spending Thai people tax ;9
so anything I can do to pay back Thai people ,, I would love to do.
