MARCH in NZ is Autumn, it's opposit to our continent. So it's not very cold and not much to see. Hills are brown ka.
The best time to visit NZ (south island) is around late Sep to Oct ka bcoz it's Spring time. Early morning still have some white glaze in the park like snow but it's much smaller. then midday onwards, you can see beautiful bloom flowers in the garden. Hills are green ka.
Meanwhile March in Japan, it's Spring time, so you can imagine the similar scenario as in NZ in October ja.
