I understand k. kratuana. I have the same experience. I had Aoi nang and Rai RAY trip 7 months ago. My hotel was 50 meters from the boat office to Rai RAY .I called to check I could book 2 tickets to Rai RAY and wait here at the hotel . I told her I was ready to move I would be there in 1- 2min, so I asked her I waited for leaving at the hotel. She told me you could do that. I gave her my phone and she promised me to call if she was ready .Then I waited for 20 min I called again she told me the passengers were nearly 8 persons. I got there immediately, but it was too late she told the car to the pier just had gone . I quite wondered why . I asked her She looked upset and told me everyone must have waited in front of the office . ??????
