What is included in the hotel price?
Hot Deals (All-Inclusive Prices)
Hot Deals are special discounted room rates. ZUJI/Travelocity books a reasonably high enough volume at these hotels and thus is able to negotiate lower rates than are generally offered to the public. This allows us to make the room available at a rate that is lower than the hotels own public rates.
1. The rates shown are based on double occupancy and do not include service charges, resort fees, child fees, or any other incidentals unless otherwise noted. Extra person charges may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. To confirm if extra person charges apply, please call our Sales and Customer Care Team.
2. Rates presented are based on today's exchange rates.
3. Hot Deals Rates requires full pre-payment and carry a penalty for changes or cancellations. Your card will be charged when you complete your reservation. Please refer to our Booking Policy for details.
4. The total room charge includes all applicable taxes, governmental fees and other charges.
5. Hot Deals rates are guaranteed for late arrival.
6. Rates are not inclusive of breakfast unless specifically indicated under Room Types on the hotel rate page, as well as in the booking process and in your booking confirmation.
7. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, room service or any additional surcharges will be handled directly between you and the property.
8. Amendments and Cancellations do not apply to Non-Refundable and Advance Purchase Rate bookings.
9. Rooms are made available to you by Travelocity.com LP under an agency agreement with ZUJI.
Please note that guests booking Hot Deals hotels in Singapore are not eligible to receive Singapore Goods and Services Tax ("GST") refunds, and no tax invoice can be issued.
Non-Hot Deals
For non-Hot Deals bookings, these are post-paid (i.e., where the guest will make payment directly at the hotel).
1. The rates shown are based on double occupancy and do not include service charges, resort fees, child fees, or any other incidentals unless otherwise noted. Extra person charges may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
2. Rates presented are based on today's exchange rates. You will be charged directly by the hotel in their local currency. Zuji/Travelocity will not be liable for any exchange rate fluctuations between time of booking and time of hotel check out.
3. The total room charge may not include all applicable taxes (e.g. Goods and Services Tax/Value Added Tax), governmental fees and other charges payable at the hotel checkout. These are in addition to the amount reflected in the "Payment Details" page and the Confirmation Email.
4. Rates are not inclusive of breakfast unless specifically indicated under Room Types on the hotel rate page, as well as in the booking process and in your booking confirmation.
5. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, room service or any additional surcharges will be handled directly between you and the property.
6. Amendments and Cancellations may be subjected to ZUJI/Travelocity and/or hotel penalty fees. Amendments and Cancellations do not apply to Non-Refundable and Advance Purchase Rate bookings.
