In 2008 Accor Advantage became the first hotel loyalty discount program to launch a clear Accommodation Policy across Asia Pacific ensuring all members would always receive a 10% better rate on all daily room rates, hotel promotions and promotions. From January 2011 we now again lead our competitors with the launch of our new Dining Policy for Thailand at all Pullman, M-Gallery, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, Ibis and All Seasons Hotels. Members can always be confident that they will always be at least 10% better off when dining then the general public.
The main highlights of the new Dining Policy:
1) Any hotel restaurant with a General Public credit card promotion must offer an additional 10% discount for Accor Advantage Plus members. Members must follow the same credit card Terms and Conditions as the general public and show a valid Accor Advantage Plus card. The same name must be on both cards.
2) Any General Public promotion equal to or exceeding normal Member Benefits must offer a minimum additional 10% discount to Accor Advantage Plus members.
3) Any "Set Menu" promotion should have a minimum 10% additional discount for members.
4) Any Special Events of Promotions must offer members a minimum 10 % discount. If there is an exception to this it must be authorized by Accor.
5) Hotels in Thailand will still have 7 days per year when normal dining benefits can be limited or excluded. Those designated days are - Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year
Please note that members are still entitled to 15% discount on all beverages in hotel restaurants, lobby lunges and bars across Asia (excluding bottles of wine in some hotels)
We believe that with this new Dining Policy in Thailand for all Pullman, M-Gallery, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, Ibis and All Seasons Hotels gives you a clear advantage to being an Accor Advantage Plus member.
