แก้ไวยากรณ์ให้นิดละกันนะครับ
Dear Sir/Madam & To whom this may concern.
I've submitted airport tax refund request to the call center of Airasia (Thailand) on (ใส่วันที่ที่ขอภาษีครั้งแรกนะคะ)
with booking number (ใส่หมายเลขบุคกิ้ง และบอกว่าจากไหนไปไหน เช่น BKK <-> KUL)
Now my credit card transaction does not show any credit refund, could you please inform me why it takes quite a long time? I think that has been too long process
(Which should be only a month), I wonder there might be an error in you operation. I have tried to get over my problem
by talking to the call center but they couldn't figure anything out.
If you could help me with this problem, I would be appreciated. Please do process to me ASAP.<<<[ นี่แปลว่าอะไรเหรอครับ?? ไม่กล้าแก้]
