แต่จริง ๆ ถ้าจะคอมเพลนเป็นเรื่องเป็นราว เขียนแค่ 1 ย่อหน้าก็พอนะคะ บอกว่า การจัดการไม่ดี ห่วยมาก ประสานงานไม่ได้เรื่อง ไม่ได้รับการชดเชยตามสมควร ขอให้ปรับปรุงด้วย ประมาณนี้ก็ได้ค่ะ

Flight QR 615 (18 JUL 2011) HANOI-BANGKOK BOARDING TIME 22.35 GATE 4
21.00 we arrive Hanoi Airport , our flight time is 22.35. It was almost 23.00 but no information, no announcement or call passengers for boarding.
01.00 am – still no information from any Qatar Airway staff, the ground staff who is in charge disappears. Every passenger worried and wanted to know what happened. The Airport turned off AC, meanwhile an announcement made, informing that the flight is postponed to 2.30 am.
There are 300 passengers only for this flight, all shops inside the airport are closed. Internet service is closed, WIFI is not available. The phone booth is available but we could not use because we didn’t have phone card, since the shop was closed.
We feel difficult to breath because there is no AC in the building, many people start sweating.
After that, the monitor shows next flight time; 2.45 am.
2.45 am, one lady ground staff stands by at the counter. Some passengers asked her about the fight problem and she said there was some technical problem with the plane, needed to change some spare part and Qatar airway didn’t have technician team in Hanoi. So she had to contact the Boeing supplier to get the spare part to change, there was still no reply from Boeing supplier.
No one was satisfied with that answer.
We said Qatar airway should have solution to assist passenger while waiting with the unpredictable information (eg. still no reply from Boeing), whereas they should send us to stay in some hotel.
The ground staff just answered - we don’t have authorization to make decision, and we try to contact the authorized manager , but still could not contact.
We said – if you know that you cannot repair or change it in few hours, you should inform us earlier, or find us a hotel for a rest, not leave us in the airport without any info…. And no food, nothing, only one cup of water at midnight, and now it’s almost 3.00 am.
Ground staff – she still says that we cannot do anything, we don’t have authority to make decision. Another ground staff comes, but still cannot do anything. When they were pressured by many passengers, finally they cried, mostly cried and walk away from the booth.
5.00 am – No information to us, we get soft drink (2nd time from 00.00 am). Many people tried to ask the ground staff, we were told to wait for 10 minutes to get updated info.
The 10 minutes passed, we saw pilot and crews in a line, preparing to go out from the airport by bus. We were extremely fed up (since they take care only their staff!), some passengers express their anger by damaging airline stuff.
7.30 am (21st July 11) Hanoi airport open, but AC is still not working properly.
Qatar airway finally proposes us the solutions; first, we will be provided a hotel to wait for next flight at 16.20 , or other flights at 20.20 or 22.20. Second, if we want to fly by another airline, we have to wait in the airport and airline cannot ensure us the flight time.
Our tour member (70 persons) decided to go out from the airport to the hotel at least to have some rest, but there are some passengers still want to wait inside the airport approx. 20 persons. Some foreigners (not Thai) were firstly serviced to fly back to Bkk by Air Asia, following by passengers who have connecting flight or transit flights and then passengers who have business class ticket, totally not more than 20 persons get flight by other airline.
8.30 am (21st July 11) – we start to go out from the immigration gate which we have to get our luggage but it takes quite long time because our stamped passports have to be stamped for “USED” prior going out from the airport.
10.30 (21st July 11) – we are outside the airport but still have to wait for the bus, weather outside is very hot. It’s ridiculous that they coordinated with the hotel for the rooms but no transportation ! Finally one airline staff has to call taxi to take us to hotel. He called taxi around 5-6, then he might just have idea that he should call a big bus !!!!
The bus arrived, but parked at the parking area which is very far from the location we are. We all walked to the bus, but still we are not allowed to get in because the service cost is not agreed yet (very funny).
11.00 – The bus departs from the airport
11.30 . – We arrive hotel, our tour leader filled in information for hotel. It’s almost lunch time and we are very exhausted, we want to sleep more than eat.
12.30 - We went to our room, take a bath and then go to restaurant, we can eat just some snack and drink only.
13.30 – Gathering time to go to airport (by bus)
14.20 – we arrive airport, check in individually (again), everyone goes inside the gate and was informed that the flight is 16.20.
16.20 – we are called for boarding.
17.00 – all passengers are seated inside the plane, but then we heard the engine stops, we are informed again that this flight will be delayed. Flight attendance starts to serve some snack and drinks.
18.00 – we are information that the wheel or a plane has some problem and need to change…….. we were shocked again. 18.30 – we are informed that flight attendance will serve again food and drink, and it’s not food, it’s just one piece of bread.
19.00 – we are informed to be “stand by” in a plane.
20.20 – finally, the plane takes off.
totally 39 hours waiting for Qatar Airway ( 5 stars airline!!!!) to solve this problem....it's very unbelievable especially for a first prize 5 star airlines that you are rated.....
