(I don't live in Thailand and I don't have Thai Keyboard, so please excuse me for writing in English kaa)
I have a 2 years old daughter. I've always teach her to say "Please", "Thank you", "I'm Sorry" and "Excuse Me" on a daily basis.
The ways children act or behave has a lot to do with the way they have been raised. You can teach your child to protect their rights, but at the same time, a child (or even an adult) should also respect the surroundings around them as well.
If the pool is open at 6 AM, it's not only open to children. It's also opens for the adults to use as well. If your child had a bad night (couldn't sleep well) and a group of adults happens to jump in the pool at 6 AM, yelling, screaming, saying all the bad "animal" words right by your room, you may not want it either. Did they break any rules for jumping into the pool, yelling, screaming? The pool is open right? they should be able to do that as it is the customer's rights...
What if your child is playing in the Pool and "Michael Phelps" the Olympic swimmer was there and wants to practice the Breast-Stroke swim (Butterfly swim), and the water got on your child, are you going to get mad at him? He is using the pool as a customer at a hotel, at the proper time, and doing the proper thing in the pool.
Just be cause it's not against the rules/ laws, you still have to look at see whether or not it's appropriate to do such. You have to look and see if your actions would effect people around you in a negative way, and how to minimize those actions to avoid getting into it with other customers who also paid the money to stay at the hotel as well.
Another alternative would be to reserve a Pool villa, it's usually away from other people, you have privacy and you should be able to make a lot of noise without bothering anyone ka...
Most of my "gives" are gone! Love this Kratoo so much kaaa!
