ผิดหวังสุดๆ กับ Mei Mei Motel จะไม่ไปพักอีกแล้ว

เนื่องจากมีแพลนจะไปตอน ต้นเดือน พ.ย. ซึ่งเคยไปพักช่วงเดือน เม.ย. มาแล้วประทับใจมาก เลยอยากไปอีกครั้ง เลยจองตั้งแต่ 25 ก.ค. โดยบอกว่าจะจองห้อง No.3 ซึ่งราคาตอนนั้นคือ 280 HKDS
คำตอบที่ได้รับคือ

You can booking rooms on Oct, cos it is a too early

พอวันที่ 3 Oct เราส่ง mail ไปว่า
Dear sir,
Now is Oct, so I can book a room No. 3 (280HKDs) on 5 Nov,2011 all right. Please sent me a comfirmation.

We only got 1 room for No.2 on 5 Nov, our other rooms were fully booking
โดยขึ้นราคาห้อง No.3 ที่เราจะจองเป็น 300 HKDS แต่ห้อง No. 2 ยังเท่าเดิม คือ 250 HKDS เราก็เลยไม่ว่าอะไร
เราก็ตอบกลับไปในวันที่ 4 Oct ว่า
That's OK. for me. Because we ever stayed in Room No.2 on last Apirl.
1. Your Check in : 5 Nov 2011 3.00 pm and Check out Date : 6 Nov 2011 12.00 pm
2. Room type : No.2

แล้วก็ตอบกลับมาว่า

Due to we only got 1 room for No.2 on your time, it is very small
room, and the bed is shorter, if you higher than 1.65M, will need bend your legs. it can live in 2 person, but this room will very quite crowded.

อึ้งมาก ไม่รู้จะทำอย่างไร เลยตอบกลับอย่างทันทีว่า

Why you say that? I tried to book you room more than 2 month (I asked you since 2011/07/25) but you tell me to wait on Oct. and I sent you a confirmation on 4 Oct 2011(That's OK. for me. Because we ever stayed in Room No.2 on last Apirl.). That's before 5 Oct. morning.
I very disappointed. Last time I think your motel is the best but now is too bad. If you comfirm is full I will not stayed with you again in next time and I will post your bad action in a famous webboard of Thailand.
