ถึงตรงนี้ดิฉันก็ฟิวขาด ตัดสินใจแล้วค่ะว่าไม่ไปกับยัยเจ้นี้แล้ว แต่ขอหาความจริงเรื่องโรงแรมหน่อยเถอะ ดิฉันจึงเขียนอีเมลล์ไปที่โรงแรม P. โดยตรง ข้อความคือ
Dear Sir, I'm writing this email because I was disappointed in your hotel's reservation system. My group and I had made a reservation to your hotel via an travel agent in Thailand ( I don't know if she contacted your hotel directly or used another Korean travel agent to re-contact your hotel). Around BEGINNING of Oct 2011, I informed her to make a reservation on 21-24 Dec, 2011 for 7-8 rooms. And everything looked ok, she said your hotel rooms were available and already booked. But last week, when I asked for an official booking confirmation from the hotel, she informed me that your hotel asked for "Christmas surcharge" for 24 Dec night. I understand "Christmas surcharge", BUT what I don't understand and very very very upset now is your hotel should inform about this additional charges to the travel agent since BEGINNING of Oct 2011 (when your hotel receive the reservation request). But you wasted almost 1-month time and just informed about additional charges to the agent when she asked for official confirmation. Is it possible to clearify? I chose your hotel because of your good reputation and good comments from my friends. But now, I'm very disappointed in this unexpected problem. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
