Dear Tony:
I've been a long time Air Asia customer. However, two yrs ago I was denied a check-in for a flight BKK- Macao and was made to buy a new ticket for another flight three hrs later. I brought this matter to Thailand's Consumer Court and won the case in two courts. The case finished but Thai Air Asia has never paid me, except for putting money at the Court as a guarantee during the appeal. That amount is not enough to settle the law suit though. After all Thai Air Asia still owes me 3,000+ baht, which is so PEANUT compared to the cost of toilet paper used by your company for one day.
Why can't Thai AirAsia pay me nicely?
Bangkok is still sinking and yet Thai Air Asia forces me to turn to the Legal Execution Department to seize your chairs and desks to settle the debt?
This matter has been voted as a popular topic three months in a row on Pantip which is Thailand's famous web board. Still up and running topic of Air Asia not paying debt is "ได้รับ จม ศาลให้ไปเอาเงินค้ำประกันแอร์เอเขีย ยังขาดสามพันกว่า"
