I can't read Japanese but just try guessing from kanji ^^
Shin-Iwakun 新岩国駅
Kintaikyo 錦帯橋
Iwakuni 岩国駅
I think Bus timetable given in the link below is very helpful

(The 1st column is the last stop of each bus, i suppose.)
And I found from a website said;
from Iwakuni Station, buses take 20 minutes, once every 5-15 minutes
from Shin-Iwakuni Station, buses take 15 minutes, once every 30 minutes.
