I have reserved the hotel via Agoda and booking.com, total of 5 rooms: Family, deluxe, and superior by the name of ......ชื่อ...... on the ...(วันที่ทำจอง)... I would like to check whether the hotel had been informed correctly or not. I also want to know whether is it possible or not to have all of the 5 different rooms that I've reserved to be on the same floor. If it is possible, then that will be great for us. Secondly, for all of the reserved rooms, I would like to have the single bed for each person in each room instead. Thank you very much and I'm looking forward for your reply.
