จริงๆแอบไปถามเพื่อนที่อยู่ญี่ปุ่นมา 10 ปี เค้ามีเพิ่มเติมเรื่องสายรถนิดหน่อย ขอเอามาแปะให้ในนี้นะคะ
When you take a train from Haneda airport to shinagawa, i think the rapid keikyu line will stop at Shinagawa station ka. If you take monorail, it will stop at Hamamatsucho and then you have to take a yamanote line to Shinagawa ka.
I recommend you to stay at Shinagawa because there is a direct train from Haneda to Shinagawa and when you go to Narita Airport you can take NEX directly from Shinagawa station. There are lots of elevators at shinagawa station too so it will be easier for you to carry your big suitcase.
