Allow us to inform you regarding your booking enquiry through Splendia.com for a room on 22nd September 2012, we are sorry to inform you that due to the error of the system we are unable to confirm your request of Caroline Astor Suite at THB2,400 per room per night (rate is subject to 17.7% service charge and VAT). Instead, we are delighted to offer you a special rate as follow
THB4,200 per room per night for a Deluxe Room, room only
THB4,500 per room per night for a Deluxe Room, with breakfast for 2 people
**Rates are quoted per room per night and are subject to 17.7% service charge and VAT
**We are pleased to grant you a complimentary room upgrade from Deluxe to Grand Deluxe Room for your stay this time
Or should you prefer the Caroline Astor Suite, allow us to offer you the special 50% discount from hotels best available rate which is THB24,000 per night, therefore the rate will be THB12,000 per night (rate is subject to 17.7% service charge and VAT).

ทาง splendia ได้ทำการตัดเงินมัดจำไปแล้ว 10% พร้อมกับส่งใบคอนเฟิร์มมาให้ผมเรียบร้อยแล้ว
ผมควรจะตอบเค้ากลับไปว่ายังไงดีครับ
