จากคราวที่แล้ว ทางเรา mail ตอบกลับไปว่า ไม่ต้องการส่วนลด ต้องการเงินค่าที่พักคืนแรกคืน เพราะไม่ได้พักตามที่จองไว้ เมื่อเช้า ได้รับ mail จาก AGODA อย่างนี้

ใจจริงๆ.... เวลาหักบัตรหล่ะง้ายยยยย...ง่าย เวลาให้รับผิดชอบอะไรหล่ะย้ากกกก ยาก
เราก็ตอบ mail ไปแล้วเช่นกัน ตามความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ งูๆ ปลาๆ

Thank you for your support.
I think this is not the right way to dissolve our tough.
The point is I booked the room but I be treated as I just walk-in.
And you have to understand my willing at that time in the foreign country.
I hesitated to stay at the changed room but I had to because I could not move to the better place.
Moreover, my willing of using the service of Agoda is not be appreciated more.
I need my deducted price and trust.
