After I arrived the Bangkok airport in the very early morning on September 16th; I was informed at the check-in counter that the flight would delay due to the operational problem, and both the accommodation and meal would be provided at free of charge. Moreover, Aerosvit staffs in Bangkok also affirmed that if Aerosvit could not transfer me to another flight for Kiev-St. Petersburg on the same day, another free accommodation and meal would repeat at Kiev. At this point, I was OK because I did understand this out-of-control situation and glad that Aerosvit had opted to put the safety of all passenger as the first priority. The hotel as well as breakfast were surprisingly good. That gave a peace of mind as I would be taken care well in Kiev.
