Article 5
Holders of travel documents containing a valid Schengen visa, a valid visa of the
United States of America or a permission to stay in these countries, may enter and stay,
i.e. pass through the territory of Montenegro up to seven days, and not longer than the
expiry of visa, if the period of validity of visa is less than seven days

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Aliens who are holders of:
Schengen residence permits,
Schengen uniform visas (C- two or multiple entries)
long-stay visas (D)
temporarily do not require a visa for entering and stay or transit through the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Above mentioned Schengen documents must be valid at the moment of leaving the Republic of Croatia.
Facilitated entry of aliens applies from 1 January 2012 until 31 December 2012.
