What can I say? It is not only wonderful pictures but a wonderful bird as well. It is such a priviledge to have it here in Thailand as it normally winters further North in Southern China. (Breeding grounds in Eastern Siberia).
I had an opportunity to visit Khao Yai this morning and ticked off this my 2nd lifer for the New Year!
PS> Just a word of advice. When blinds are being put up, please plan well and get them up as quickly as possible so as to cause as little interruption as possible for the birds present as well as any birdwatchers around. It can be quite annoying when someone spends a lot of time setting up their blind right in front of where the bird is about to appear.
