Dear Passengers,
Thank you for the overwhelming support for Nok Air. Thanks to Khun Yoong Chamad, this website is a very good opportunity for me to observe first hand both the compliments and complaints of our airline. We are currently fixing all our problems of our call center by increasing our staff. The main problem exists because we did not anticipate such a great support. Our counter service plus outlets are increasing, and we will make sure the link is perfect within the next few days. Our internet website is open 24 hours a day, and our seat booking system should be very close to perfect. If there's a problem there please inform us. We will be flying to Phuket very soon with our new aircraft arriving in October. Thank you again for all your support, and hopefully we can be your choice of travel for years to come. I again apologize for writing in English, and all because my computer still does not have Thai fonts capabilities (it is a Mac); thank you
