Well, if the blinds were too close or not, I really don't know. They were not blocking the way for the bird however.
I guess there is added commotion at the site with several cars parked nearby and people hanging around on the road.
There was a park ranger there also and I think that was good for everyone.
To be honest, it wasn't easy to find the bird and the nest. I found it because of all the flashes going of simultaneously. I didn't see any wrong behaviour of anyone to my limited know-how. It is still interesting to see if the birds behaviour will be modified seeing or sensing the presence of many people.
It would be interesting to know when the chicks fledge.
