เจ๊มารายห์มาอัด DVD คอนเสิร์ต late ชั่วโมงครึ่ง
ล่าสุด คอสเสริตที่ Anaheim ซึ่งจะอัด DVD ด้วย ชีมาช้าถึง ชั่วโมงครึ่งทำเอาแฟนๆหงุดหงิดโมโห โห่กันยกใหญ่ งานนี้ เจ๊ Toni Braxton ก็มาดูด้วย คงนึกก่นด่าในใจต่างๆนาๆ แต่งานนี้ไม่รู้คุ้มกับการรอคอยรึเปล่า เพราะมี BoyzIIMen มาด้วยและร้องเพลง One sweey day แบบเต็มๆ เสียด้วยหลังจากที่ไม่ได้ร้องคู่กันมานาน 10 ปี แต่ว่า...งานนี้เค้าว่าเสียงเจ๊แหบ และดูเหนื่อยมาก ก็สมควรหละ ร้องแบบวันเว้นวันแบบนี้จะไปเหลืออะไร

Anaheim review: taping in the afternoon, concert the evening
Chingy opened the show, "One Sweet Day" was sang in full with Boyz II Men
Newton sent me his report and I think you will be interested to read it in full:
" Ok, here's the low down on Mariah in Anaheim today.
Special taping:
-Everyone was told to be there at 12pm sharp but we didn't get inside until after 2.
-One of the security said about 7000 people were expected but it was only about 2000 if that, they only filled the first part of the floor in front of the B Stage and 2 of the sections on the side, really strict about people sitting in certain places for camera angles.
-Some random guy took off his shirt....
-The director was Sanaa Hamri, Mariah's friend who directed the Crybaby video.
-The show in Anaheim was being filmed that night and Mariah invited the fans to just see her rehearse for lighting cues (since Mariah is such a stickler for lighting as she told us backstage, no overhead lighting!!) and camera angles and she was only supposed to do the opening number to the CD track.
-She did It's Like That and then they had her do Heartbreaker and Mariah said ok but she hadn't heard the album track since 2001 and wouldn't be singing it that way that night.
-She talked a bunch and was really nice and smiling and decided to go offstage and hug a bunch of people but the director urged her to go get some rest for the show.
-Mariah said a guy was there to film interviews for the DVD and urged people to do interviews which were done outside and some inside.
The show
-Chingy opened the show.
-Toni Braxton was sitting a few feet away from me. She left during the B stage portion.
-The wait was SOOOO LONG! Almost an hour and a half and the crowd started booing. Randy Jackson came out to hype the audience and let them know about the filming but more waiting started and people booed again. Mariah came out
at about 9:50.
-Mariah was hoarse the whole show, even when she was talking and it was apparant from It's Like That. You could tell in her face that she was disappointed that her voice wasn't working properly and she lowered alot of notes she would hit harder or longer. She had trouble with some whistle notes. She seemed a little nervous about the taping.
-She sang "I'm scared, and I'm nervous" from The One.
-The capri pants and top from the beginning of the tour were back for the B stage section.
-Mariah did her lip gloss speech and made them lower the lights to show it.
-Boyz II Men came out for One Sweet Day which was sung in full!! They were doing a show down the street and stopped by. They all sounded fantastic together and Mariah was really belting it out.
-She sounded fantastic during Hero.
-Make It Happen was added by special request and she mentioned she hadn't been doing it for awhile. No Make It Last snippet.
Over all it was a good show but the waiting killed it. The 90 minute wait for Mariah to get onstage was too much. Mariah was most likely at the venue already from earlier in the day so it wasn't her. I was sitting right by the main camera on the floor and in front of the aisle where they went up and down and where Mariah entered for the B stage (i got to high five all of her male dancers!) and they kept bringing the camera down and messing with it, maybe something was wrong with it. Also, the wait for Fantasy to start seemed to take FOREVER!! I understand when critics say the pacing of the show is bad because it is and it could be easily fixed. The DJ interludes seem too much like they are killing time and they are really out of place.
There was an issue with the seating because of the filming and the first 6 rows and 10 seats of Section 104 on the floor (my section) were removed for a big camera and they were trying to relocate people to other seats on the side of the lower level. I wasn't having it and I raised hell (nice hell) and the guy let me sit in an empty seat in the first row of Section 104 and
luckily no one came. There was this crazy guy who must have been in his 40's sitting by himself right next to me and he kept talking about all these concerts he'd seen like Hilary Duff when she was 17 and sexy (what a perv) and Kelly Clarkson. Anyway, he kept talking to the venue workers and when MC came out on the B Stage, he got on the chairs and they told him to get off and he started trouble and started pushing and hitting the guards and they had to carry him up the stairs and he got arrested outside....
Anyway, I think there will be some vocal dubbing on this concert if it is used for the DVD and I just think Mariah and her voice are really tired and need some rest. She really tried to push it out though. Thank god the tour is almost over and she gets 6 days before her Japan shows....
