"I've never followed trends. I would just wear what I feel like and I know that makes like some people mad but the thing is that it should be about you expressing yourself. When you are a musician, a songwriter and an artist and you know some people feel like they need to follow the trends that they get on those pages every day and you know, who wore it better, who did this or that. For me it's about being yourself and maybe people end up following you, you know what I mean?"
