When one speaks of Japan, many Taiwanese have "Ha Ri Zu". But do you know that the Japanese also have "Ha Tai Zu"? Sure it does! While the Taiwanese culture is being popularized in Japan, Taiwan's F4, Xioalongbao, Oolong tea, foot and back massage are now becoming to be Japan's most popular latest trend. This part of the Ha Tai craze is also quietly changing the Japanese culture.
In 2005, this group of big boys immediately created an unexpected mad craze from viewers. This idol upsurge also raised a Japanese Taiwan heat. Not only did Din Tai Fung opened a branch in Tokyo last year, but other specialty stores selling Taiwan products also opened their branches in Tokyo.
This reporter also unexpectedly found out the new pride of Taiwan and the No. 1 product sold, is Yun Lin County's black peanuts. But do you know that these very small black peanuts are now becoming to be Taiwan's pride? In just a month, almost 40,000 packs of 200 grams-packages of black peanuts were sold in Japan.
Taiwan mangoes are also equally popular in Japan, because they don't have this kind of fruit. Taiwan fruits are favorites here.
Japanese TV programs now features Taiwan's Chou Tofu, Xiaolongbao, Dan Zi noodles, pearl milk tea, Sun Moon Lake, Ah Gong Men Taichi Park , fresh water foot and back massage, all enjoying that powerful exposure.
Visiting a Japanese Travel Agency, one can find all sorts of Taiwan travel offers. On walking at Japanese streets, men and women. young and old, are always happily taking about Taiwan.
A Japanese said," I really like Taiwan. Stuffs are very delicious. I wish I can have a Taiwanese massage, and I like the National Palace Museum of Taiwan."
A 30-year old especially likes the Taiwanese culture, oolong tea, Soup Dumplings and lychee fruit. Earlier, Taiwan used its tasty foods and drinks to start off from the glamorous and conservative Japanese culture, therefore improving it's culture to be richer and more energetic.
