International Fans can download TMB and help USA Billboard too!

So the following was posted on Spanish fan site, Mundo Mariah (translated by me):
Good news! Fans from outside the US can now download TMB to help it go number 1!
In the case of http://www.passalong.com/Music/AlbumDetails.aspx?AlbumId=310202 you only need a Paypal account. You just have to put that you live in the US so that it counts on Billboard. The song is only 0.65 (exchange rate .99 USD) so it's a cheap way for us to help her go number 1 in the USA.
PS: It will ask for a ZIP code, so just have one of your friends tell you his/her zip, or just search for an address or zipcode online.
