DJ Jack: Everyone wants to know what Jerry had been doing during his rest period.

Female interviewer: What were you doing?
Jerry: What was I doing? Learning things. Because I am recording my album so, was taking singing lessons and language lessons.

Jerry: Yes, pressure? Not with Andy because I feel that Andy is a very experienced big brother in this line. Although I do not know him, previously, he had written encouraging words to me and in my heart

DJ Jack: Of course he is a feel pressure since Andy is the big brother of this industry. Jerry feels that Andy is a well-respected figure. Andy had written to every member of F4 and especially when Jerry encountered negative news, it gave him some encouragement.

DJ: Actually Jerry and Andy had not have the chance to spend much time together, both are busy, but now they finally got the opportunity to work closely together.
DJ Jack: There was a rumor previously that Jerrys agent and Jerry himself had very high standards in selecting what roles to play. Lets see what Jerry says.
Jerry: Actually, to be honest, I do not mind what role I play, more importantly, I want to get out of the previous characters and give people a different impression from that established previously e.g. looking cool, good-looking, if there is a role, say, I cut my hair short, and I act in role where the person is more energetic (sunshine), i.e., I hope to experience role with a different character and it just happens that this role is different from what I have done before e.g. Daomingsi, it is slightly different and I would like to experience that.
DJs: Actually the interviews lasted about an hour and a half and there were 3 different rooms for the main characters to meet the media. As for the role, like Jerry says, he wants to do something different and wants to be able express himself, or some role that is different from his actual character. Last question for Jerry was regarding all the negative news and how he views that
Jerry: Oh, right, now I am now less affected by it. Previously, I will deliberately, e.g. when I am in Hong Kong or in a new country, people will give me newspapers and magazines and I used to be very concerned e.g. about my performance or how people rated my performance. After all, I feel that if I want to be an actor, it is important to be well liked and often times, because of negative publicity or something else, people tend not to focus on my performance and only emphasize what is good about me or me.
DJs: Jerry used to be very concerned with how the media views him. He is afraid the bad publicity overshadows his performance and his efforts in achieving that. After the interviews, we can go into the room to chat with him but sound-recording was not allowed. Just a personal chat.
Female DJ: Did you ask him how long he would be in HK?
DJ Jack: Actually he still does not know. It depends on the progress of filming and filming is not starting immediately. Newspapers have indicated that he is staying for a month but that is no settled yet. Andy is making another film and they need to coordinate the timing. We talked about our previous interview (see my previous posting) when he mentioned that he was worried that his fans will forget him. I told him that the response was massive and a lot of fans were worried and fearful i.e. that he believes that and they will never forget him. Jerry indicated that he does surf the web to check information on himself including jueai (!!!!) and he is very happy to discover that fans in HK, Taiwan and Thailand have not forgotten him. Most importantly, he is very happy that he is able to do what he really wants now, and has the chance to see his fans. He said that he felt very anxious today, as it has been a while since he has to see some many people from the media and answer so many questions. He was really afraid and was just happy that it is over.
Female DJ: Does Jerry recognize you? (Question was not resolved)
