Going Solo
Work: Magical Kitchen
Role: Chef's assistant
Self Evaluation: Sometimes, I'm so nervous that I can't sleep, I just want to make sure I act out my role to the best of my abilities.
Evalutaion on going solo: If there's an opportunity, we would definitely unite, we actually get along very well.
God and Godess of Movie Evaluates:
Sammi:
"Tonight, the scene filmed was when we served Andy and his friends dinner. I just completed the intimate scene with Jerry. " As for the rumour: "When I act, I get very involved but when the director yells cut, we immediately part, we won't keep on hugging."
Andy:
"I think he acts really well. He's teeth are always so white. I think he's very adorable and very hard working. I often see him studying the script."
Interview with Jerry:
R: This scene you just filmed, Andy is all dressed up, why are you in casuals?
J: Because I'm Sammi's assistant, Andy's the guest, that's why I dress like this.
R: You and Sammi have lots of rumours, how do you feel?
J: I secretally fall in love with Sammi in the film, when I work with her, it's very natural. She's a very attractive girl with a great personality. She has some features that other girls don't have. In this world, you must rely on fate to find a girl like her. We worked together very happily.
R: You and Karen had a a segment of 'jie di lian' in <<Love Scar>>. Now in this new movie, you again develope 'jie di lian' with Sammi. Do you like older girls in real life?
J: I don't mind acting 'jie di lian'. In real life, I like matured girls.
R: You and Sammi filmed a romantic and intimate scene tonight, are you afraid that fans won't like it?
J: It's just a movie. The director wanted it to be more romantic since there were fireworks in HK today. But that's the end of that. I'm not at all worried about the reaction of my fans, but more afraid that Sammi's fans won't like it.
R: You were secretly filmed by reporters in Japan, did that arouse any troubles?
J: Media probably took some photos of the filming and wrote some articles, but I have a good relationship with them. As long as they did not disrupt filming, I respect them for what they do.
R: There was a huge earthquake in Japan, what was it like?
J: That morning, I filmed with Sammi throughout the night into the morning. After completion, we went to the hotel to rest to restart filming again in the afternoon. But there was a huge earthquake, the walls were shaking loudly. The cups and saucers in the room were all jiggling. The whole event lasted about 30 seconds. I was awoken from my dreams. But I have confronted earthquakes in Taiwan, so it was not a big deal. Sammi was really nervous, as that was her first encounter with an earthquake. But no harm was done.
R: What would you say is the most memorable scene so far?
J: Probably would have to be when Andy met up with Sammi. I think Andy is very cool, Sammi is really easy to get along with, not at all snobby. We would chat during breaks. I have learnt so much from them, and it's easy to tell them what I think.
R: This is your first movie, Mr Lin said you were very hard working, how do you feel?
J: Really? I'm very thankful to him. Being hardworking is what an actor should be.
R: This is your first solo work, are you nervous?
J: Yes, very because so many people are looking at you every day. I also have to act with Andy and Sammi. Sometimes I'm so nervous that I can't sleep. I just want to the do the best I can.
R: Do you share your experiences with F4?
J: I haven't gotten in contact with them yet. Everyone is so busy lately. We haven't had time to get together but when I'm free I will ring up ZZ and the rest of them to chat.
R: Will F4 will be together? November concert in Shanghai, ther invitation is to the four of you?
J: If there is an opportunity, I would definitely go. But I will have to see how it fits in my timetable. We get along really well, not like that reported. If next month we do go to the concert together, I will cherish that opportunity. Besides, it's to fight against piracy, of course I support it.
R: F4's first album is popular all over Asia, what's your future plans?
J: I will be filming this movie first. Then record my solo album. Due to filming, I have only completed 5 songs. This is my first album, I want to spend a bit more time on it. I will be going to Thailand soon with F3, to promote the motorbike ad we did. So, F4 are still together.
