    Ken Chu Addicted to Photographing the Private Side of F3

    Ken Chu, who started loving photography after he entered the entertainment circle, has a Nikon model camera, F4. He spent around NT$30000-40000 and bought the F4 camera. Then, Ken started his heaven of photography. At start, he would only take pictures of the surrondings around him. Now, he has a set of principles. He would never tkae night sceneries and people.

    Ken now has 3 professional cameras. The first one was Nikon's camera, model F4. A coincidental incident, he read magazines and found out there was camera model named F4, and it was the same name as their group, F4. Thus, he used some time to look for this camera. At last, he managed to find it in a old shop in Taiwan. Ever since, Ken started his journey in fliming.

    During the start, he only knew how to photoshoot non-stop. As long as he sees interesting stuffs, he'll take them down. After the long-term practices, Ken's skills were being recognized. When he released his solo album, a photobook of his own works came with it. Now, Ken has become the stage of a professional cameraman. It's already at the level where the camera doesn't leave him. However, he doesn't take the camera with him along all the time. For example, when he comes to HK for work, he chose not to bring it along. He explained, "Coming to Hk, there's too many fans. Other than work, i normally stay at the hotel, there isn't any chance of going out for a walk."

    Ken has two big principals when he does photography. Firstly, he doens't take people,secondly, he doesn't take night sceneries. The reason was that there isn't any feeling in taking them. Although he has the principals of not taking people, F3 was often his inspiration character. Ken laughed and said, "I like to photograph the side of them(F3) that no one knows. This is what you all don't see. For example, Zaizai's michevious side, the moment Jerry is seriously reading a book,Vanness's quiet side."

    As to which memeber of F3 is more photogenic, the thing which interests Ken the most, he didn't had to think and said, "Zaizai lah, Don't only see him in this way, gentle and good. Privately down, he is a lazy person, mich value in photographing." Other than Zaizai , his love cats at home are also his models. Ken loves to shoot cats at different places. He doesn't tear away the consideration of releasing a photobook with the theme of cats.

    Those who have seen his works all praised him as having the talent for photography. Asked whether he have thought of moving backstage to do cameraworks, he laughed and said, "I'm afraid i might starve to death, i believe i will not earn any money."However, he does hope that in future, he can go overseas to study some courses regarding photography.

    Earlier on, the rumours on "hitting people", made Ken more careful on his overseas promo. In the mid- of Feb, he would be returning to his old hom, Singapore to do his album promo. Being able to return to his old home, Ken said he would stay in the hotel, he said, "Having a meal in Taiwan have already brought trouble, i'll be more careful when i go for overseas promo, i don't want to invite trouble."

    Ken's first released solo album, On Ken'sTime, had rather good sales, causing himto feel comforted. he had enough confidence to prepare for his second album. However, he admitted that he wasn't used to doing promo alone, he said seriously, "Sometimes i would feel lonely. After all, when F4 are all 4 together, there was words and laughter. Meeting some difficult questions, when i can't answer conveniently, the rest would answer it for you." Thus, Ken looks foward to the day F4 reunites. There were rumours that the four might flim a movie and that they would be having a concert at the end of the year. Ken couldn't hide his excited feelings, "Not only the fans are awaiting, I'm also waiting for it!"
