Some more details to share with overseas fans who are not in HK, China & Japan in regards to
the F4ever membership application:
When sending in remittance, please clearly state your name, passport number (for overseas applicants)
and contact telephone number on the remarks column of your remittance form.
Affix a copy of the remittance form at the bottom of your membership application form.
Send in the application form by registered mail to:

Application requirement:
1. This application form is for new members only, one application form per person. The membership is valid for one year and is not transferable. All members of F4ever International Official Fan Club are entitled to the benefits as quoted.
2. For overseas applicants, please affix a photocopy of your remittance form on the membership application form. Keep the original remittance receipt on hand. Complete the application form and send it in to:

F4ever will process your application upon receipt of your application form and applicable fees. Approved applicants will be advised by email. The process time will be about 2 to 3 weeks. Official receipt for membership fee will be issued to every member at the same time when all applications have been completed. Please keep posted on our website for the exact mailing date.

I, ________ (<--- sign here) have read all the details in regards to members benefits and regulations stated on the F4 official website (http://www.f4ever.org). I hereby agree to comply with all the rules and regulations and certify that the information given on above are true and correct.
