Madonna’s Teddy Bears Couldn’t Reach Aceh Orphans

Los Angeles, Indonesia-Relief – The famous singer Madonna help Aceh orphans too. The Spirituality for Kids foundation (SFK), an arm of Israel and Jewish trendy sect of Kabbalah, in which Madonna is the international chairperson, planned to send 10,000 teddy bears. But because of 'logistics problem', not a single teddy bear had reached Aceh.

It is unclear who brought SFK donation to Indonesia, but another Kabbalah donations for tsunami victims, bottled mineral water, channeled through International Medical Corps. But as reported by the LA’s Radar magazine on Wednesday, only small part of the Kabbalah Water shipped to tsunami zone. From total bottled water valued at 9,996 that has been planned, only ,256 value of bottled water distributed, because the need for bottled water decreased.

In early tsunami, SFK has a plan to send backpacks full of toys, crayons, books, and other goodies to tsunami orphans. JetBlue support the program by donating 10,000 teddy bears in January. But according to Kabbalah center, as reported by Radar, the effort has run into logistic complications. SFK hopes the backpack could be distributed by the end of April, but as of mid-June not a single teddy bear had reached Indonesia.
