Britney Spears is reportedly determined to make husband Kevin Federline a movie star.

The singer is keen to push her husband out of her shadow and make him a bona fide celebrity in his own right.

The Mirror reports than she has been convincing Madonna to get film director husband Guy Ritchie to cast him in his next film, and has been flooding the couple with pictures of Kevin and suggesting possible character ideas.

A source told the newspaper: "Britney is convinced that Kevin has what it takes and is using her contacts to make it happen."
