    Atomic Kitten’s Liz McClaron revealed to the Liverpool Post that she’ll be covering Mariah this Christmas:

    On Thursday last week I was back on the red carpet, this time at home in Liverpool at St George’s Hall for the Childline Ball. It was a great event and it gave me the chance to wear my current favourite dress It`s bright red and was made for me by Philip Armstrong, who also made a beautiful purple gown for my Woman In Love video.

    I went to him a few weeks ago and told him I needed something to wear for a big Christmas TV show, Christmasmania, which I was filming. And I didn’t even have to tell him what I like, we’ve just got exactly the same mind-set on styles. He said: "I know exactly what you should wear, don’t worry about it." I went for one fitting and he made me this perfect dress.

    I wore it a week ago to film the show, with Girls Aloud, Lee Ryan and Il Divo , and it felt absolutely stunning. I couldn’t breathe too well, but you know what they say - pain is beauty! Actually it was a big night for me because it was my first UK solo TV appearance, but everyone made me feel really cool about it.

    I sang All I Want For Christmas Is You and I was petrified because obviously it’s a Mariah Carey song, but the crew all said it sounded so good I should make it a Christmas single, which was really flattering.
