แปะบทสัมภาษณ์ยูต่อ ตอนไป Press Con. Like A Dragon ที่ญี่ปุ่นค่ะ
cr : luvbbyoo@soompi
Here's the translation for the other article. I have not watched this movie or any related interview before, so I may get mixed up with the Japanese names. Actually I'm very confused by the contents of the interview too.
Ok, these are what I could understand and translate:
A Japan movie Like a dragon which is adopted from Playstation 2 - Ryu Ga Gotoku was officially screened on 3rd March 2007.
This movie is about a story on how an ex-convict who was just released from prison helped a girl to find her mother. On 29th January, a press conference and preview was held in Tokyo. Together with the director and co-actors and actress, Gong Yoo went up the stage to give their opening speech for the preview. When it was Gong Yoos turn, in the midst of the cheering, he said very shyly It is very exciting to work with such excellent director and actors from Japan. This is a happy and modern movie, with full of vitality. After the opening speech, Gong Yoo told the reporter Kazuki Kitamura asked me to blow those kisses while I was stage just now. With slight embarrassment, he continued I told him it is better not to do that. Kitamura laughed and said you did it better than me
The next day, Gong Yoo who had agreed to be interviewed alone, showed up with a black beanie and spectacles. Being the tallest and biggest guy when he was on stage the previous day, Gong Yoo looks even better close-up. His figure is really good and his waist line is high.
Gong Yoo gave the viewers a deep impression of a cold and manly image as a Korean assassin in this movie. Why was he asked to take up this role in the movie? Director Takashi Miike wanted to use a Korean actor and I guess I was lucky to be selected by him. I have not asked for the reason why I was chosen but I am very happy that I was selected. The assassin role that Gong Yoo took up is not in the actual game. So what is his view on this and adopting movies from games?
As far as I know, Korea has not filmed any movie based on games. Likelihood for such filming such Korean movies is also quite low.
I have not played Ryu Ga Gotoku game before. Since this is not a character in the game, I do not have much worries. If one has played the game before and see the same settings and story in movie, it will be very interesting. While I was having a meal with the Director yesterday, he was persuading me to try out this game. Since Im always playing sports games, I may give action-packed game a try when I go back to Korea.
Among the casts, who gave Gong Yoo the deepest impression?
Kishitani Goro. And Natuo Tamita who played the role of Haruka. I have seen Natuo in the movie Nana when it was screened in Korea. Im excited and happy to see her.
Is Gong Yoo close to the crews and actors during the filming?
The filming period was very short and I didnt have much free time. So it is sad that there wasnt much opportunity for more interactions. However, we got along very well and I can concentrate in acting that role.
How does his participation in a Japanese Movie affect Gong Yoo?
This is my first Japanese movie and I think it is a good start. I want to pick up Japanese language and get a role with more Japanese dialogue in future. I sincerely hope I can repay my fans with my works in the future.
After the interview, while posing for the photoshoot, Gong Yoo asked the photographer, how do you want me to pose? Like Bae Yong Jun? He then crossed his arms and carried on with the photoshoot.
Gong Yoo who promised to come back to Tokyo in April for another fan meeting is certainly a cheerful man with youthful spirit.
