Jam Hsiao's first onscreen kiss
Xin.sg - Saturday, August 1Taiwanese singer, Jam Hsiao, who shot to fame from singing variety programme, One Million Star, gave out his first onscreen kiss in his latest song, "Love too much". The star was notified by the director of the additional 'kissing scene' only after he arrived at the filming site. A worried Hsiao shared, "I didn't prepare any gum and I don't have my toothbrush with me."
In the music video, Hsiao plays the character of a photographer who yearns to freeze time, and secretly kisses his cheating girlfriend. Everyone expected Hsiao to be shy and embarrassed when the director wanted a shot of Hsiao's lips slowly approaching his 'girlfriend's'. To their surprise, he finished it in one take. However, due to the various different angle shots required by the director, the scene was reshot at least 10 times over.
Hsiao will be holding concerts at Kenting and Jinmen over the next few days in lieu with the release of his latest music album. He gleefully said, "I have never been to these two places before."
Special guests for his upcoming Taiwan concerts include Valen Hsu (in Kenting) and Amber Kuo (in Kinmen). Hsiao will respectively perform Eason Chen's "Long time no see" and Kelly Chen's "Creating the romance" with each of the female singers.
