First, I'd like to say sorry that I had made you wait for our reply so long.
To make sure of understanding each other more clearly, I've beed
asked for interpretation between you and K.H.S. admin.
I am Eunice, a member of K.H.S and pleased to have a chance to
help you guys this time. I hope to be helpful for you on that day.
For that, I'd like to know your exact flight schedule(specially your
arrival time). If you arrive in the morning before noon, I am able
to pick you guys up at the airport and guide for the party.
So, please try to make it, if possible. Then I can be there for you.
And the money thing... I suggested KHS admin that I want to pay
yours instead and you can pay me in cash when we meet.
How do you like this idea? The reason is that I just don't want
anyone to lose any money for the bank thing. please don't worry
about me and all you have to do is telling me the number of your
group(I heard 7, is that so?).
If you have any other Qs, just let me known and I'll try my best to help you.

Actually we are managing to fly at night 12th and early 13th
All of us will arrived INCHEON Airport in 13th 08:15 AM

Anyway, as your important mention about the cost attend for
KJH Birthday Party.
We appreciate to follow your idea and we will pay you as soon as we meet for sure.
I'm a little worried about the immigration because we heard a lot
about their strict :-P
So we will try not to have any problem with them.
However, I would like to let you know our roughly plan in Seoul
4 of us (including me) plan to stay Seoul 13th - 16th (Number 4-7)
but 3 of our friend (Number 1 - 3) would like to stay a little longer (13th - 18th)
Of course, meanwhile until we meet
My friends and I will ask you ton of questions :-P
