มีใครเอานี่มาแปะยัง?
-------------------------------------------------------- 2AM LIVING LOUNGE INTERVIEW i only translated the parts that were related to WGM or Ga In-Jo Kwon
-I think it's safe to say that your newest song was able to reach number one because you guys are becoming well known and acknowledged as singers. Couldn't you say that Jo Kwon's participation in <Quiz Around the World>, <Sunday Sunday Night>, and <We Got Married> helped out a lot?
Jo Kwon: Of course appearances on variety shows have boosted our popularities. Even the older population, including grandmothers and grandfathers, call me 'Kkap Kwon'. They probably thing my last name is 'Kkap' (Members burst out laughing).
-Seulong gained a lot attention for the Brown Eyed Girls parody, 'Dirty Eyed Girls'. We heard that it was mistaken for a gay porn video in the Netherlands.
Seulong: Hahaha. I went overboard with that. While filming it, I never thought it would be such a big hit...Kwon was a 2PM member before he came to 2AM, and there are a couple of 2PM members that were once part of 2AM. Along with many of the other trainees, Jo Kwon and I were put in and out of groups about eight times until we finally debuted as 2AM. That's why when we're with the 2PM kids, we have a lot of fun. It was really just a video of us fooling around, but a lot of people enjoyed it. Jo Kwon: I already knew it was going to be a big hit. (sticks out his tongue to Seulong in a seductive, sexy manner) How can this not be a big hit? I've done this a lot during variety programs. Seulong: Actually they still make us do it sometimes.
-Jo Kwon recently donated $50,000 with his <We Got Married> wife, Ga In, to Haiti relief.
Jo Kwon: We were already planning on using all 'We Fell In Love' profits towards charity when the Haiti earthquake happened. Since we were going to put it to good use anyways, we decided to help. I've been filming <We Got Married> for 4 months already, but I have no intention of leaving the program. Couples usually leave after 6 months, but we've been receiving a lot of love and 'Can't Let You Go Even If I Die' received a lot of attention thanks to <WGM>. The ratings are high, and most importantly, the staff and producers are really good to me. Even if the producers tell me to stop, I'm thinking of going for a very long long time with Ga In nuna. Jinwoon: Other couples are fun to watch, but Kwon hyung and Ga In nuna really look good together. Changmin: I'm extremely jealous.. of the fact that they can [use it as an excuse to] openly date meet like that. (Laughs)
-Do you feel like you really want to date Ga In during <We Got Married> filming?
Jo Kwon: If I said I didn't have those feelings, it would be a lie. I heard that when actors want to realistically express their love for someone onscreen, they need to believe that they are in love with that person. Wouldn't <We Got Married> be similar to that? While you're figuring out that person's charm and thoughts, you develop special feelings toward her.
-Usually when a love line is created between a male idol and a female idol, fans strongly protest. It seems like it's the opposite for you guys.
Jo Kwon: I find that fascinating as well. When I first started <We Got Married> I did not expect this response at all. Since Ga In nuna and I knew each other before the show, we felt comfortable around each other. People saw that and thought, 'they look good together, they should really go out'. Also, I think I've shown a more manly side through this program. People are used to seeing Ga In nuna as the sexy, chic singer on stage, but in front of a man, she can act cute and sweet.
-You guys must be extremely tired because of your packed schedules. Were you able to rest during the New Year holiday?
Seulong: I was able to finally spend some time with my family. I spent New Years with my grandparents at their house in Kyung Gi Do. I can still taste the dumplings our family handmade together. Jo Kwon: I couldn't go home. I was filming an episode for <We Got Married> in Hong Kong so I was not in Korea. I'm the only child so my parents were probably a little disappointed. But wouldn't you say cash is the best present? I'm sure they were actually happy. (Laughs) Changmin: I wore a hanbok (traditional korean clothes) and received a lot of compliments. I think I should wear a hanbok during my performances from now on. (Laughs) I don't know why, but as I grow older, the hanbok matches me more and more. Is it because I'm at a marrying age? I remember for the past couple holidays, I couldn't go home because of auditions and practices. It was depressing to stay cooped up in my room all alone so I went out to the market and bought the ingredients to celebrate the holidays by myself.
