By the time Lanlanaree was studying, several of her friends had lost their first kiss when they and young men went to movies together, and  some couples did more than that…but P’ Too never did or even used  the benefit of the dark and intimacy to hold her hand.

เกินกว่าจะทำอะไรแบบนั้นในที่สาธารณะ แต่ตอนนี้เธอกับเขาก็แต่งงานกันแล้วนี่นา...

When they were dating, it’s understandable that a polite, quiet, and serious man like him was too  conservative to do that thing in the public but at the moment they were married…

ขอสักหน่อยคงไม่เป็นไรมั้ง...คิดครึ้มอกครึ้มใจขึ้นมา...ลัลนารีจึงเริ่มเอนตัวเข้าชิดร่างใหญ่ที่นั่งอยู่ข้างๆเอียงหน้าซบชิดไหล่หนา แล้วกระซิบ...

Asking for a little bit might be alright…feeling complacent…Lanlanaree gradually leaned over a big body sitting beside her and put her face on his shoulder, then whispered…

“พี่ตู่...ลัลหนาว”

“P’Too…I’m cold”

ตุลาไม่ตอบ ไม่ขยับ และไม่แสดงปฏิกิริยาตอบรับใดๆทั้งสิ้น ลัลนารีจึงเอะใจเงยหน้าขึ้นมองเขา...ทั้งหมดทั้งปวงก็เพื่อที่จะพบว่า...เขาได้หลับไปแล้ว...หลับสนิทเสียด้วย เสียงกรนเบาๆแบบที่ถ้าไม่ตั้งใจฟังก็จะไม่ได้ยินแว่วมาจากลำคอ

There’s no answer, move, and any reaction at all from Tula, Lanlanaree  doubted then looked up at him…absolutely found that…he fell asleep…slept very tight…let out a soft snore from his throat which wouldn’t hear if not paying attention.

หญิงสาวเบิกตาโต...เธอไม่รู้จะพูดอะไรได้ นอกจากคำเดียวว่า...อีกแล้ว...เหมือนกับสองครั้งหลังที่เธอกับเขาเข้าโรงหนังด้วยกัน พักหลังมานี้เธอไม่เข้าใจว่าเป็นอะไร พอเข้าโรงหนัง ดูไปได้ไม่ถึงครึ่งเรื่องก็หลับทุกที  ทั้งที่เมื่อก่อนตอนเป็นแฟนกันไม่เห็นเป็นแบบนี้เลย

Lanlanaree widened her eyes…She didn’t know what she could say but one word…again…same as the last two times they went to movies together. Lately, she didn’t figure out what’s going on him, after going to the movie theatre , he fell asleep before having seen the entire half of the story. Though he hadn’t been like this when they were dating.
