บทสัมภาษณ์ของ Chace Crawford และ Kritin
Warning: Ridiculous, humiliating flirtation ahead...
With all the recent heart-wrenching Chuck and Blair drama (it's just too much!), I'm switching to Team Nate for the time being--especially since he's so not digging Serena's (Blake Lively) obvious mental illness, or whatever the heck's going on with Taylor Momsen's eye makeup.
"It's an expensive habit," Chace laughs. "It's an expensive raccoon thing. She rocks the look, though, I guess."
But is there any hope for Jenny and Nate? Chace admits: "I always thought [Nate and Jenny] was a little weird. There's the age gap, she's still in high school..."
And that's when the interview took a welcome U-turn to my now impending gig opposite Mr. Nate Archibald on G.G. "What are you doing? I've been calling you for ages," he laughed. "Shameless. I don't even care. I don't even care!"
Ugh. I guess I'll just have to go to Paris with Chace next season as Gossip Girl shoots the season opener so we can suss this out on top of the Eiffel Tower. Yes, Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, I am willing, and you're welcome.
After all, another cougar fling will be just the thing to make Nate forget all about Serena sucking face with old what's-his-name, right? "[Serena's] got some issues," Chace tells me. "[But] you're the next one because you're the Nate girl. You got the flowers, right? And the wine and all that? Just making sure. I've been hitting you up for awhile, no response."
The Gossip Girl finale was the stuff of shocker legend, and Chace hints that it may propel Nate into a darker place for the coming season.
"That may be where they're going," Chace says. "It'd be fun to play. Who knows, maybe I'll be the one getting shot next year."
