Hello everyone, I am Jo Seung Beom from JG Company.
Decided to write all these in order to clarify on the actual situation to all the fans
who has been worried for the past few days due to the untruthful reports.
First of all, the reports are not true.
We will definitely find out the source of all these rumours
and seek full responsibility from him on this case.
We truly understand the frustration of everyone when we didn't respond immediately
towards the rumours which caused much distress to everyone.
We are the agency company for actor Lee Joon Gi.
We will be doing our best so that fans will not need to worry.
After we have discussed with the production company on this sudden issue, and come out with a confirmed answer,
the production company and JG Company has both made the announcement to clarify on the report.
Lee Joon Gi has decided to cast for the movie 'Grand Prix' but was later forced to let go of the work and
being enlisted into the military service.
Although this is an unforeseen circumstances, however this still falls under our liability
and we are not going to deny that.
Being impacted by the appeal of postponing the enlistment date, whether to take part in the movie, all these are being discussed with the production company before hand.
Although everyone agreed to wait for the result with hope, but at last we can only accept the fact and be enlisted, until now we are still in the midst of discussion with the production company.
And seeing such speculating report is very sorrowful indeed.
Initially, such report being spread out due to a staff who expressed his own personal thoughts about this
but later is being wrongly reported by certain reporters, the production company has apologise for this.
However, knowing that a new actor is chosen and will continue on the making of the movie,
having such report is not good either to the production company, the sponsors or any parties related to 'Grand Prix'. If this is for the reason of publicity, then indeed this is the worst choice that one can make.
No one will believe that the team will make such silly move.
Therefore one of the reason to publish the announcement together with the production company is due to the production team has sincerely hope that they can finish the movie making without further unforeseen issues popping out.
As we all know, this would also be the wish of Joon Gi who has had a pleasant experience working with the staffs and also has know well of the making of the movie.
As everyone is fully aware of, we don't have have other actors, without the consent of Lee Joon Gi,
we are not authorised to decide on the works.
Those which was reported is indeed never been discussed before.
It is indeed unexpected to see the report being spread out by local entertainment media.
It is even more regretful to see some of the main stream media to make similar mistake as well.
What we would like to ask from everyone is, not to be mislead by inconsistent reports, hope that everyone will have trust in us and hold on for a while.
JG Company and the production company has been asking the media to delete those incorrect reports.
And has apologise and officially announce that we will not hesitate to take legal action
should such similar case happen in the future.
On January 31, 2010 after the contract with previous agency company has expired, Joon Gi together with JG Company staffs has took one whole month to set up :-)-man agency company which solely serve Joon Gi.
It is almost 3 months since we have set up the company.
There are total 6 of us in our team, also we are having a very good working relationship with two legal films.
In our family, there are those who has been with Joon Gi for a long time, and there are also new members.
Although we are not a big team, but we all share the same thought and vision,
which is to have Joon Gi in mind, and Joon Gi only. Our thoughts are the same with all the fans.
Actor Lee Joon Gi is the Asia Star who has strong support from numerous fans from local and overseas.
Our have only one principle in managing all things, which is to put the benefit of Joon Gi above all.
From now on in all situation, as long as it is related to actor Lee Joon Gi, we will make solid response,
We will work hard to be the agency company which will not make the fans worry.
We will not treat these 2 years as a time without Joon Gi.
