* 我们去年由于金俊秀,朴有天,金在中3人和SM Entertainment公司的专属契约效力中止假处分申请诉讼的产生而受到了非常大的冲击。因为知道该诉讼结果对东方神起的存续产生了很大的影响，所以感到很不安。带着希望东方神起的5名成员能够进行安定的演艺界活动并希望不再受到伤害的我们的心情来对此专属契约效力中止假处分提出异议，并递交如下内容。
* 1. 从去年开始的专属契约效力中止假处分申请诉讼，直到现在已经有大概1年了，不仅是东方神起的5名成员，而且韩国，日本，中国，泰国以及欧洲的爱好者们都非常地心痛。这是因为看到了成员们那种好像我们的东方神起一瞬间就将在记忆中消失的不安和由此引来的冲击以及伤害的痛苦的姿态。。
* 2. 东方神起成员金俊秀,朴有天,金在中3人说，以后希望能在东方神起活动，修正契约的负担性，创造了能够让我们随心展示我们的音乐的条件，大家成为一体，相信歌迷们会站在我们面前。正如3人所说的那样，对不安的和受到痛苦的煎熬的歌迷们和郑允浩以及沈昌珉，他们将带着责任感最终解决此事件，并将尽最大努力来是他们可以在东方神起活动。
* 3. SM多次和3人协议表达了有修正了契约的意向。3人拒绝了该协议，我们对这3人的态度改道非常地遗憾。3人通过舆论说,首先要对话。计划通过和SM的对话来探询能够解决问题的最大的意向。希望能够对此话负责并积极通过对话来协议解决问题。
* 4. 即使不是诉讼当事人，受害最深的郑允浩和沈昌珉感到非常地遗憾。大概1年的时间里，成员们受到了非难和侮辱，类似背叛者的修饰语以及名义毁损等。此外，对我们的伤害是无法用语言来形容的。我们恳切地希望此事件对2名成员不要在给予任何的伤害。
* 通过上述4个行目，仅转达了等待东方神起的人们的恳切的心情。请参考并给予贤明的判决。

We since last year have suffered a very big blow due to the result of the lawsuit by Junsoo, Yoochun and Jaejoong against SM Ent over the termination of the companys exclusive contract (again, sorry, not doing law @-@). Because we know that the result of the lawsuit will become a very big influence towards the continuity of TVXQ, so we feel very uneasy. Bringing hope that the five members of TVXQ can proceed their entertainment activities without worry, and hoping that our feelings will not be hurt any further by bringing up objections against this termination of contract, and submit the following subject matters.
1. Since last year from the start of the lawsuit, until now it has nearly been a year. Not only the five members of TVXQ, but also Korea, Japan, Thailand and European fans are very much heartbroken. (They left my country out, hmph) *This is because seeing the members feels like our TVXQ will in an instant disappear from memories, the feeling of unease and from that the shock and hurt felt.

2. TVXQ members Junsoo, Yoochun and Jaejoong said, in the future they hope to continue TVXQ activities, amending the burden of contract, creating conditions where we can freely express and showcase our music, everybody become one, believe our fans will stand in front of us. As the three members have stated, with regards to the uneasy and painful suffering of fans and Yunho and Changmin, they bear a responsibility to finalise and finish off this incident, and bring their biggest efforts so that they can participate in TVXQ activities.
3. SM have on many occasions expressed their offer and intentions for the three members to amend their contract. The three members have rejected this offer, we express our disappointment on their attitude. The three of them have through public opinion said, First have a conversation. The biggest intentions of this plan is through having a conversation with SM to inquire a way on how to settle the problem.
4. Even when they are not a part of this lawsuit, it is regretful that the ones victimised the most are Yunho and Changmin. Around the duration of a year, the members have endured blame and insults, with adjectives similiar to betrayer and have their names tarnished etc. In addition, the hurt caused to us cannot be described in words. We sincerely hope this incident will not cause any harm to the 2 members.
Through the above mentioned 4 matters, only conveying the sincere hopes of people waiting for TVXQ. Please consult and give a wise verdict.
