a new term describing pretty faces and through the medium of internet. She soon started to train as a singer trainee as part of a female group in an another agency from 2002~3. She also got an opportunity to audition for her role in NN5 through the internet. An associate left her a message through minihompy that he would like to meet her for a new project. At first, GHS thought it was a joke but found out it was legitimate. So, actually GHS got her first job not through an agency but on her own.
She grew up in the outskirts of a city influenced by wonderful and artistic neighbors. Her neighborhood was located near a cemetary and hid musical actress, pianist, artist, acupunturist and wise-person. She was so close to her neighbors that she spent days and nights in many of their homes. She was a young girl who loved hanging out with friends and would often come home dirty and messy. At 15, like many girls of that age, she also dreamed of following the footsteps of idol groups like HOT and FIKNLE.
But more than that, she wanted to be a writer. She wrote a poem for her best friend who moved away, making her best friend break into heavy tears after reading her poem. GHS, at that young age thought about writing poems. From then on she wrote poems for all her friends. At 5th grade, she submitted her poem in a contest and first top place. She says she still keeps it. She consistently kept a journal and notes to herself and then one day, she thought about writing scripts and books.
She names the late Jung Seung Hae and YG's President Yang Hyun Suk as her two great mentors for like. Jung Seung Hae, as we all know, passed away at young age of 44. She always advised GHS to live today very well and do not think so much about the past or worry so much about the future. GHS wants to live that way. Late Jung never got to read GHS's script for YOSool but GHS got the chance to work with the staff that she met through JUng.
GHS will start filming for her next drama, THE MUSICAL in July. In winter, she wants to return to directing. She has already prepared a vampire story. In the future, she wants to be remembered more as a director.
