เป็ดน้อยย๊งงงง
Hi, I was really curious when Hyun said that she bought the presents (pyjamas and the toothbrush holders) based on the image/personalities of the boys so I made my own research as to what the animals symbolize. Here goes:
Squirrel (for Minhyuk) - symbol of energy and playfulness; Whenthe squirrel comes into our lives it is often a message for us to have morefun, and take life a little less seriously. (When I look at Minhyuk, Indeed I see the playfulness of a child.)
Panda (for Jonghyun) - peaceful, gentle (I say, the panda image fits Jonghyun perfectly)
Frog (for Jungshin Chingoo) - purity, good luck
and finally, the duck (for Yonghwa): -symbol of honesty, simplicity and resourcefulness.Ducks also represent sensitivity, as they tend to be very sensitive to their surroundings. Ducks are the most versatile birds in the world. They are magnificent birds and standout in the crowd. In the Celtics the duck is often looked upon as a bird with honest intentions, simplicity and is also said to be very knowledgeable.
Ducks are symbolic of marital fidelity and joy. (Korean wedding ducks are one of the most popular wedding favors and have a special meaning.They represent the bride and thegroom and after the wedding, they are placed somewhere in the couples house and their position tells of the couples marital state.) It seems to me that when Hyun thought of giving the duck toothbrush holder to Yong, she was actually sending him a special message (Thus when Yong asked Hyun why she gave him the duck, she was quiet).

ในซุ้มจิ้นมาค่ะ เรื่องเป็ดน้อยที่น้องให้ยง
เค้าไปค้นมาว่าสัตว์แต่ละตัวมีความหมายว่าอะไรบ้าง
เริ่มจากกระรอก (มินฮยอก) สัญลักษณ์ของความกระตือรือร้นและขี้เล่น เมื่อมีกระรอกเข้ามาในชีวิตเรา เป็นสัญญาณว่าเราจะเครียดน้อยลง สนุกสนานขึ้น
แพนด้า (จงฮยอน) ความสงบ อ่อนโยน
กบ (จองชิน) ความบริสุทธิ์ โชคดี
เป็ดน้อยของยง สัญลักษณ์ของความซื่อสัตย์ เรียบง่ายและมีไหวพริบ เป็ดเป็นตัวแทนของความอ่อนไหวด้วย เพราะเป็ดค่อนข้างไวต่อสิ่งรอบตัว
เป็ดเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของความซื่อสัตย์และความสุขในชีวิตคู่ด้วย (คนเกาหลีนิยมให้เป็ดไม้แกะสลักเป็นของขวัญแต่งงาน เพราะมีความหมายพิเศษว่าถ้าบ้านไหนมีเป็ดวางไว้ที่ใดที่หนึ่งในบ้าน หมายถึงสถานภาพแต่งงานแล้ว)
เค้าเลยจิ้นกันไปว่าที่น้องให้ยงเนี่ย มันมีความหมายแฝงไรป่าว เพราะตอนที่ยงถามว่าเหมือนเป็ดหรอ น้องก็เงียบๆ (จิ้นล้ำลึกมาก 555)
แต่น้องจะให้เป็ดน้อยกะยง เพราะอะไร ยังไง เราไม่รู้
แต่ที่เรารู้และแน่นอนที่สุด ภาพนี้เลยค่ะ วิ้งๆ ^^
