Melissa Rosenberg Says That The Breaking Dawn Birth Scene Is As Intense As It Is In The Book
E!Online has a new interview with Twilight Saga screenwriter, Melissa Rosenberg. When asked about the infamous Breaking Dawn birth scene, this is what she had to say -
Screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg tells me shes been in Baton Rouge with director Bill Condon doing rewrites for the scripts for the two BD movies.
Were working on it, Rosenberg says of baby Renesmees less-than-pretty arrival. And were working on it to be as intense as it is in the book.
Yikes. That could be a whole lotta gore.
I dont think its about the amount of blood you show, Rosenberg says. Its about the intensity of it. Its on their faces. Its all from Bellas point of view when youre seeing whats going. It should feel visceral. I think its going to be pretty intense.
Whats Rosenbergs ETA on the final scripts? It better damn well be before the beginning of November, she says, because thats when we start shooting.
