Gain and Jokwon were on Jeju Island for their first 1-yr anniversary. While love-briges, Jea and Seulong help prepare the cookie house.
Viewers expected the episode to be romantic and special, but they felt it was boring and the event was a little childish.
Due to stalling too much, Gain wasn't much surprised with the event but acted surprised when Jokwon presented her the cookie house and the hand-written letter.
The way MBC ended Adam Couple's part did not add any satisfaction to the viewers.

Supporters of the Adam Couple (Jo Kwon & Ga-In) have been sending in a flood of complaints to MBCs We Got Married, due to the poor quality of the couples one year anniversary episodes.
This weeks episode was a follow-up to last weeks, in which the couple travelled to Jeju Island, accompanied by fellow groupmates, Jea (Brown Eyed Girls) and Seulong (2AM).
While Jea and Seulong were preparing an event for the couple using balloons and candles, Jo Kwon went outside with Ga-In to stall for time. After some time, Jo Kwon became impatient and led Ga-In into the event room. However, the room was not prepared to Kwons satisfaction and he said in disappointment, I couldve done better than this even if I prepared it myself.
The next morning, Jo Kwon and Ga-In had planned to go up the Seongsan Mountain to watch the sunrise, but unfortunately missed it because they couldnt arrive on time.
Supports of the Adam couple have been dissatisfied so far with the special one year anniversary episode because none of the events that Jo Kwon had wished for prior to their trip have been fulfilled. Jo Kwon expressed, I want to ride horses and I want Ga-In to touch the nose of the Stone Grandfather.
Viewers left comments on the We Got Married open board such as, Make a childish biscuit house, ride the boring Duck Boat, read aloud an awkward letter was this really what Jo Kwon wanted to do?, The editing of the Adam couple episodes are appalling, To the people who distributed the Adam couple episodes, why on earth did you edit them like this?, Why are the previews and the actual broadcasts so different?, Please let Jo Kwon and Ga-In do what they want to do.
