Yahoo! Japan ได้จัดให้มีการโหวตครั้งใหญ่ในหัวข้อ “Net Banduke 2010“ ซึ่งพวกเค้าจะจัดรายชื่อและประกาศผลรางวัลในช่วงสิ้นปีตามแต่ละประเภท และก็ประกาศผลในวันนี้
ผู้คนมากกว่า 50 ล้านคนต่างก็มีส่วนร่วมใน “Net Banduke 2010“ ง่ายๆโดยการ search , ask , และ click ชื่อ,เครื่องมือ,หรือบทความในเว็บไซต์ Yahoo ทางเว็บเพอร์ทัลจะเก็บข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ผล และตัดสินว่าใครจะเป็นผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัล
ต่อมา ผู้ใช้มากกว่า 1.1 ล้าน ราย ได้ลงคะแนนเสียงของพวกเขาในการเลือกตัวแทนที่ดีที่สุดและสมควรจะได้รับเลือกมากที่สุดจากทั้งหมด
