This notice was by Yoonho and changmin only sites uion (2act tvxq sites) when TVXQ act 2 started its activities. At that time, dnbn, tvxq gall, and Ikadong even had not yet decide any side, and suddenly Homin fans union announced this. They basically bash all all-5 sites who criticize SM and accept only YH and MAX and those who accept SM's TVXQ.At that time, the major fans sites mentioned in the notice were discussing whether we should ban KYHD on the sites, because that sounds so obvious anti-JYJ lyrics. Major sites were also against Homin using TVXQ name, because for us, five members are TVXQ, not SM. Does this discussion sound like spreading rumor? No, we were talking and discussing about our own right as a consumer and our love for TVXQ act1, which we believe should be protected by us our fans.
And who spread rumors? It is so funny that these Homin sites were talking about "rumors." TVXQ major sites did not spread rumors either in Korea or in foreign countries. Who spread rumors for the last year? HM fans have actively sent memos and posts in Korean public sites to non-fans to make a bad image on JYJ and translated rumors into several languages. Look at the Japanese blogger Ga-jjang who made so many rumors in Japanese fandom, she was found a Korean Homin fan who is attending a Korean university. JYJ fans have been silent until very recently because major sites have supported all five, so even knowing Homin fans' spreading rumors, we could not react by ruining Homin's image!
This notice from Homin uinon, on top of SM and Homin's choice of lyrics, thanks to, and interviews, became a big surprise and gave a realization that we had a delusion on Homin. We simply could not accept the fact that HM obviously took SM side and sang such a horrible lyrics, and said unbelievably rude interviews (not one, but series of them!). This notice was one of the turning points that pushed major sites actually take an obvious position for JYJ and start to work to stop ungrounded rumors.
Time will tell the rumors are not true.If you guys do not care about "facts" and simply take a side, that's fine. But if you care about facts, you should think about what is actually going on in Korean context. You can say "I live HM for their look, dances, (and whatever you like about them.) desipite the rude intv", but cannot say "no, he did not say such things as "JYJ is like geese out of the flock", "they must have known they will experience hard situation once they left SM" "nothing to say (to JYJ)."
